HMQS Riley Blake Design Challenge

A couple of Friends and I entered the Riley Blake Challenge at the Home Machine Quilting Show held in Salt Lake City, UT a few weeks ago. The Challenge was that we had to design and make a quilt using 10 fat quarters from Isabella fabric line.
So about 10 days before they were due in, we started creating. We spent many hours creating this quilt.
I got a call the day that the awards were being announced and was asked to come to the show. So we figured that we had won something. I never would have thought that we would take 1st place. Yea for us!!! The quilt raised $850 in an auction for the charity organization Lifting Liberia.
